Petition ID 722: +1 kit from shady dealer removes k'morph buff buff

"Wearing" the Nudity +1 seemed to remove the k'morph
nudity buff. Presumably this is because the +1 is not
considered "no armour" - not sure if this should be
considered a bug or not but I thought I'd report it,
just in case.
