WHAT: If the person writing a Petition uses italics, then when you read it in the Known Bugs list, it looks as if they forgot to use a closing-italic sign. The whole of the rest of the description is italicised.
Example: petition 641.
But if you open the petition with "Chat about this petition", then it does correctly show the italic.
HOW: Write a Petition using the spiffy "Report a problem" function. Italicise something.
Compare how it looks in the Known Bugs list, and when you open it to chat about it.
