Petition ID 5303: Left and right justification fomatting codes not working in preview.

The codes for justifying text left and right (`< and `> respectively) function correctly in place descriptions/bios, but the preview window constantly insists they're codes that cannot be used.
An example of this is a bio I was working on for a scrapped character, largely to play with the system

while https://puu.sh/GqdmM/6a2929d58d.png is how it shows up once actually submitted.
A minor issue, but silly formatting tricks for placewriting would be a lot easier if this could be made function in the preview window
