Petition ID 5239: No reward for killing Green Titan

I recently battled and landed the killing blow on a Green Titan that was on AceHigh. However I did not get the Titan rewards distraction or the req reward.
Coffee Grindr Csodas, who had damaged the titan earlier did get their rewards from it.
