Petition ID 5034: The D color code cannot be used in names

It appears that whenever I try to add the `D or `d color codes to my name, it errors out giving a message along the lines of "you can't change the letters of your name, only colors". It only appears to be an issue with those two - I know they're relatively new, so they probably weren't added to whatever code checks for name consistency.
