Petition ID 4674: Decade Vault bug

When I take items out of the decade vault, the system don't tell what I've taken out of I've taken out more than one of an item, like I took out four chronospheres, and it only said "You pull out 4 ." I could probably recreate this bug, but I don't need to take out more items right now. The problem must have started as soon as the vault was made available.
