WHAT - When buying new unlinked programs for my place, I paid the SP, but no program showed up to be edited.
HOW - Under "Unlinked Programs" on the programming page for my Place, I clicked "Create New". I then confirmed that yes, I do want to do this, and The SP was charged, but no program showed up to be edited.
