Petition ID 5943: Corporal Punishment's letter

I got two emails from Corporal Punishment asking me to drop by. When I did, he gave me a letter for Mr. Stern. I went to the museum, but couldn't deliver it.

I did see a similar petition about this, but it said the issue was resolved by seeing all the exhibits. I saw all the exhibits before receiving the letter, and once again to make sure. Still can't deliver the letter.
