Petition ID 5578: Error 500 when attempting to switch targets in multi-opponent combat

Just yesterday I started getting Server 500 errors when engaged in multi-opponent combat.
I first noticed the issue attempting to fight a pack of ghost wolves, which is the first multi-combat I've had in a few days. I attempted to switch to the bottom wolf in the stack, but every time I do, I get a 500 error. The URL I get redirected to is this: https://www.improbableisland.com/forest.php?op=fight&newtarget=3&c=72-080228
If I hit the back button from here I get a BADNAV error message, but I can continue combat, do long as I don't try to switch targets.
I'll try testing with other monsters and see if it happens then too.
