WHAT: If you are moving around on the map (outside a fight!) Down Below, and accidentally hit Q(uit to the fields), when you return to the game, the game thinks you were KO'ed. You also lose all your scrap.
WHERE: Any Down Below interaction, in my experience. Just be traveling on the map.
WHEN: Maybe the last few months? I think I remember that previously, you could leave DB and come back without issue; I don't know if something is happening in the "leaving DB" checker now that triggers this automatic KO.
