WHAT: Exactly what it says on the tin. I took some broth from the Broth Joker, and it gave me 10 HP. The text I read, however, still said 1 HP.
HOW: Take HP-awarding broth from the Broth Joker.

WHEN: Just today, though I'd wager it's a TimesTen thing.
