So for some reason, when using the Memento Forge, I can confirm the creation of the memento, but when I get past the Use 25 Supporter Points link, I get the page message that Something Went Wrong and You Must Have Timed Out. I can take screenshots if needed but it occurred on three characters. Just discovered this at roughly 12am EST, 10-07-18.
