Petition ID 4700: Minor issue with new display skins

Since the update to add the new display skins, upon loading each new page, there's a visual glitch where the skin seems to flick to a white header and blue text skin for a moment, before loading in my chosen display (red vertical).
If this isn't just me, then I assume this is just a side effect of the way things are set-up up now with the skins, but I thought I'd let you know just in case I'm an isolated case.
The issue isn't game breaking, but I couldn't see it in the list of bugs. Like I said, it reverts back to my chosen display quickly so it isnt exactly much of an issue, it's just that the colour flash is a little jarring.
