Petition ID 2493: Rohit, Part 3. Lost in Notebook after first Drive Kill.

********************Spoiler alert for those who have not completed Rohit's quest**********************
Unsure whether this is intentional, or an issue:
I had encountered Rohit's storyline (part 3) up until the compilation of the distraction for him. I spoke to various peoples for advice: eBoy, Sheila, Punishment, the hospital tent doctor, Maiko, the Hunter's Lodge Joker, and the Watcher. But, I never sent the distraction.
Shortly after, I defeated the Improbability DRive for the first time. Upon awakening as a level 1 "Contestant", I checked my notebook and could no longer find Rohit (part 3) -- only parts 1 and 2.
If it
is unintentional, or a glitch, I'm unsure whether this might be happening to others, or if it's unique to me.
