Petition ID 1221: Running away on stilld does not give experience wheb done successfully

I know that part if the running away successful bug has been fixed but it seems like on in the jungle because while I am walking on the map and running from fights, most of them and most of the time successful and all, I still do not get experience from them.

Just go to the map and have a random encounter and then run from it. Other then that it seems to be fine.
