I am unable to receive the Watcher's Blessing despite having more than the required amount of of Favour. Another individual on the Failboat is also unable to receive it.

I was simply fighting in the jungle and was sent to the Failboat when I died. I was near to enough favour when I was sent there due to previous deaths. I fought until I received enough favor, but am unable to purchase the Watcher's Favour.

I do not know when the problem started, but it is currently October 24th, 4:20pm EST.
