Petition ID 943: Similar to 522, color bleeds from "Nearby Places" place names to the options below

WHAT: "Nearby Places" header on the left sidebar will list Places. If the Place's name doesn't close the color tag, which they seldom do, then the next "Inventory" header will be that same color, and now the herb-related header also gets colored.
HOW: Just walk to a square that has it. Go to 20,26 for an example that I'm on right now.

WHEN: It's been going on for a long time. I've talked to Junebug about it before and she closed the tag on a specific example before.
