What:
I've badnaved a player by adding "Fixed" to the chat, pinging them to come take a look, then closing their petition. (Ref pet#64, 65.)
Shouldn't players be allowed to access the chat page for a petition that they submitted, even after the petition is closed?
When:
After the security fix for pet# 45. (At least, I suspect that's what did it. I seem to remember doing the comment / ping / close sequence before that without having the player tell me they'd been badnaved.)
