I got directed to a screen with nothing but "Database Error - Cannot connect to database." Written on it.

The background was the normal skin background which I use. When I tried refreshing the screen, it took me where I ought to be.
I hadn't done much. Got up out of bed, travelled one square into IC, hired a masonry kit, gone into the common ground to snog and wave my stick around (as it were). Left the CG, and got taken to this page.
This is the first time that I've seen it. I'm sure that I would have noticed if I'd seen it before.
