What: There is a spelling mistake.
How: It's just a spelling mistake.
Where: During Basic Training if you ask him about the improbability drive it says "He was SENT here obstensibly to work on his machine..." Ostensibly is spelled "Obstensibly" and nothing about the character saying it makes me think it's just a character quirk
When: I just started playing about 10 minutes ago and it popped up.
If it turns out that it IS in fact a character flaw, and not an accidental misspelling then nothing needs to be changed.
