Petition ID 765: Sheila will not let me sell my Panties back!

What: I am trying to sell a pair of Frilly Pink Panties (no charm or favor enhancements, as far as I know), but Sheila will not let me! This has happened once before to me, and I cannot figure out why on my own.
It might help to know that I was only equipping the Sungun and the panties at the time, and I had come back from the failboat once much earlier in the newday.
How: I am not sure how to make it happen again, I seem to have forgotten to sell them back the last time I bought a pair to recharge my sungun. It is the first time this newday that I am trying to sell them, should that happen to have anything to do with it.

And when I press yes, I go to this page: "Sheila sizes you up, then decides that separating you from your Frilly Pink Panties right now would be too painful for you.The sale is off!" at this link:

I then get sent back to the Overview of goods page. I can, however, buy a different piece of equipment, and after buying gloves (I got the fancy AMP SPS Combat Gauntlets), Sheila let me sell the panties, with this url after I clicked on yes for selling:

When: This happened to me a few weeks ago as well, and I had to purchase something else tin order to sell the panties back.
I am going to try keeping the panties on once more, to see if I can replicate the problem over the next couple hours! It will likely happen to me once more, at some point in the future anyway! I will report back should anything interesting happen!
