This isn't so much a bug or problem in the traditional sense, more a harmless but interesting glitch you might wish to look at. Least it looks like a glitch.
Simply out in the jungle, I came across this line or two of text:
Something Improbable!
Module grassyfield is not active, but was attempted to be injected.
