Petition ID 736: Incorrect Memory Part Less Contrivance description.

When you use a Memory Part Less Contrivance and you're setting the preferences, in particular the number to which you compare it, then it says...
"input a value which the digit must not exceed for the Contrivance to pass."
In fact the Contrivance will fail if the digit in the memory equals the given number, not just exceeds it, as suggested by the name of the Contrivance.

This is a little misleading and potentially confusing.
