WHAT: I purchased a pair of frilly panties from Sheila, and when I went to sell them I got the message that she figured it would be too painful to part with them, so I could not sell them. After buying a helmet, I was then able to sell the panties without any issues. And through this can happen if you are in danger of going into negative charm or Watcher favor, the panties do not offer either of these bonuses, and I am well away form potential negative charm (though, buying the HUD-AI-SPS Combat Helmet may have told the game to re-look at my charm and make it ok to sell the armor...).
HOW: I have tried to replicate te issue, but I have not been able to make it happen again, I just went to sell my panties, and they would not come off!
WHERE: In Sheila's Shack O' Shiny (I was in Improbable Central, if it helps)
WHEN: Just now, and this is the first time I have ever seen it..
Likely it was a one-time bug, but it was a weird one for sure!
