WHAT: I seem to have discovered an exploit from Rohit Part 2 (Taking him to the Museum). It might be coded that during the event, you don't meet any creatures. However, even after delivering him to the museum, travelling still yields a 0% encounter rate.
HOW: This issue manifested after I delivered Rohit to Mr. Stern at the NewHome Museum. I'm not sure if a new game day will fix the issue since I don't have any days saved to try this out.
WHERE: During the Rohit quest.
WHEN: It began about 10 minutes ago, but I figured such an exploit would lead to people being able to level travelling at a ridiculous rate, and should be fixed.
