Petition ID 697: Double Sign-Ups with Rally possible if already in one.

While I was in an active Hundred Point Rally, I tried reserving a spot in the next game ahead of time. That got accepted, and the fee was paid.

Unfortunately, it didn't take after I had finished the rally, and the next one was set to begin without me. I had to pay the fee twice to ensure a spot.
