WHAT:
1. Preview shows your set chat/talk colour, but the actual comment comes out in black by default. (I'm not sure whether it's chatcol or talkcol or both - mine are both set to @green.)
2. Preview shows your charactername, says, and quotation marks, as if you were talking.

Example: what displays in the preview as

[00m00s]│ Buddleia says "* Ooh, look at me, using a special comment!"

would actually come out as

[00m00s] Ooh, look at me, using a special comment!

This can be confusing! I nearly used GREM before deciding to just ignore the unexpected formatting. Maybe it should be light grey by default to fit in with actions? Or maybe it should be black to emphasise that something special just happened...

Anyway, even if it should be black, then it would be nice if the preview was more accurate.
