When an account times out, the characters remain, taking up bedspaces. I noticed with with two rookies in Dev's cabin. Sessine cleaned it up and told me that "The character expiry routine does not clean up occupied beds."
(Hah, you think I can diagnose a problem like that on my own? I didn't even know "expiry" was a word until Sessine used it.)
When: Well, since places, at least. It may be the same bug we had before, where sleep spaces would remain occupied, but made worse now since
they don't show up in the kick players menu, or it could be a new little glitch in the matrix.
