Petition ID 591: Timed Fighting - Teaching not working?

I was sent a distract a while ago (not sure when exactly, but it was on my first day), from the system saying I'd been taught Timed Fighting. However, I have no actions or signs that I can use timed fighting. After that, today, I've been taught two more times and people have looked at my bio which apparently shows when one is capable of timed fighting. It does not show and I continue to have no signs of timed fighting.
One other person asked to be taught when I mentioned in Banter my problem and someone then taught both of us, but neither of us show the ability.
It's been a new day since the first time I was taught, but not since the second or third time I was taught.
