Petition ID 58: Mementos showing incorrect text

Some Mementos are now showing the incorrect text in the Title, Description, and Use text. As well, the Attributes assigned to the affected Mementos are now displaying blank in player bios.
What originally appeared as:
Title: Fancy Memento
Description: A very fancy Memento.
Use Text: You admire how fancy the Memento is.
Attribute: Mostly Harmless - Blah blah human race blah.
Now looks like:
Title: You admire how fancy the Memento is.
Description: You admire how fancy the Memento is.
Use Text: You admire how fancy the Memento is.
Attribute: ________ (big gaping nothing)
Some Mementos appear to be displaying the Use text in the Title and Descrip, while others seem to be displaying Memento-related text from a Dwelling. Issue appears both in inventory and in player bios, and is affecting several different Mementos.
Issue seems to be occuring as of today.
