Petition ID 579: Cannot access former dwelling on the Legacy server

Whenever I try to access to the Legacy server it denies my login. I'd really like to make my Place look like it used to when it was a Dwelling, i.e.: make the descriptions and rooms near identical. If you wanted to make the problem occur again, you'd have to have my login info. This is the URL of the page I've been attempting to log into: http://legacy.improbableisland.com/home.php?
This has, as far as I know, always been an issue. I've only tried a few times, but whenever I do I get the same results. Please help.
