Petition ID 54: Console Skin physical description still hard to see.

Console Skin now looks great! However, when you mouseover somebody that has an avatar, their text shows very light gray over very dark gray, which is okay. However, when you mouseover at somebody with no avatar, the text color is black over very dark gray, very hard to read.
