WHAT: At 9,31 (1 NW of AceHigh) the last line of the second house (Lunatick's Asylum) is bold. Presumably it doesn't have a closing bold tag, because below the box of Places, there's a line about a Titan which is messed up; and below the mini-map and compass the chat is all bold too.

HOW: World map, travel to 9,31. To replicate - decorate a description with an uneven number of 'b tags in it (or italics, or alignment, or colours).

WHEN: Just spotted this one today. But formatting bleed-through happens in ever so many places and has for ages.
