Okay, I hope they're hidden from anyone who doesn't want to see.

WHAT: After you drop Rohit off at the Newhome Museum, OST's are still unusable. I don't remember seeing anything in story that would make them not work at that point.
How: Do the new Rohit bit, try to use a one-shot.
Where: In inventory.
When:Yesterday or so? When did the new rohit get posted?
