Petition ID 445: A full bandolier is NOT overweight.

Having a full Advanced Bandolier counts it as being overloaded, and gives you the stamina penalties accordingly- even though I have not gone over 10kg once since this started.
I load my advanced bandolier with 1 Improbability Bomb, 5 ZAP Grenades, 4 Monster Repllent Sprays, and 1 One-Shot Teleporter. This equals 10kg exactly, but has given me the overweight bandolier messages every time, and given me the overweight bandolier stam penalties. This never happens when it's *anywhere* under 10 kg.
My getting the overweight bandolier message on 10kg is several months old, but it just started giving me the stamina penalties some time this month.
