Petition ID 431: Can't delete chat in Double Beds

The dwelling owner can't delete chat in double beds. It's not really that big a deal, just annoying.
How: Post something in a double bed in a dwelling you own (or have proper chat-deleting permissions for), and the dwelling management options don't show up.
