Petition ID 4214: Get no stamina when cooking

The problem is that when I try and cook, I don't get any stamina. It does use stamina, though. It has been going on just the last couple of times I have tried playing this week. I don't know if it is just me, but to make the problem happen deliberately, just try cooking something in the inventory. I have a basic frying pan, I've tried both with and without herbs to see if that has any impact.
