Petition ID 3990: Jill Completely disappeared from my party, and i'm afraid to continue forward with the game!

Ok, so as far as I can tell, at some time after I entered Pleasantville, Jill just vanished from my party. For no reason. I'm not exactly sure why, though I do know that she died to the nightmare court monster, but... supposedly that was all supposed to be in the protagonist's mind, right?
I unfortunately really don't have any timely screenshots for you, but I hope that this will be enough info to help me out! I'm kind of afraid to progress farther, in case something where to happen that I'd need Jill for.
