I'm unable to continue the quest, "Stern and Punishment." There is no option to show Mr. Stern the letter that Corp. Punishment sent me, and nothing is triggered after entering the museum.

I received Corp. Punishment's letter, "A MOMENT of your TIME if you PLEASE." on 2016-06-18, and talked to Corp. Punishment in the Basic Training on the same day. However, even after several New Days, I wasn't able to show Mr. Stern the letter by clicking on "NewHome Museum".

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
