Petition ID 3863: Un-rescuable person DB (level 3), person outside of map

Was exploring down below level 3, found an unconscious person to the right of the explorable map. Even after filling in the map for the whole level, and also after setting off bangs in two different locations to try and get to them, that wall wouldn't open and give me access to them. First time I've seen this. Going down to 4 and back up to 3 didn't fix the body's location.
