Petition ID 3855: Doors not unhiding

Door ID 18146, leading to The Portal Room (Room ID 25109) and Door ID 18164, leading to The Portal Room (Room ID 25109) appear to be hidden, I've checked the master menu and the doors are supposed to be unhidden but they still don't show.
