Petition ID 3800: Metamiranite not granting extra Req

So I have been fighting in the jungle and after each fight I the following text:

"Your Metamiranite vibrates briefly, and an additional 88 Requisition tokens clatter out of the hopper.
88 shiny Requisition tokens are dispensed from the nearest camera!"

By what is written, I should be receiving 176 req from this fight. However all that was received is the 88 req from the camera. The amount of req from fight to fight varies based on the encounter obviously, but the extra req is not being granted.
