I tried to change some details about Svedka, and most changes went fine, as expected I had to pay 100 SP for changing mount name. I was also demanded to pay 100 SP for changing weapon description, even if I have a deluxe weapon disguise kit in Sve's inventory. I tested this several times, and it keeps demanding SP. This happens on the customization page. No idea how long it's been going on.
