Petition ID 3740: CSS: Option to put move choices at the bottom of the text

WHAT: Right now, the choices for what I do next are on the top of the page. So, after scrolling down, reading what has happened, my choices are not there, where I am, but elsewhere.
HOW: Go to a page that has you scroll down to read. Now, you have to scroll up.
Where: Everywhere.
When: Apparently forever.
What I want as an alternative: A CSS layout where, like all good text adventures of old, your choices are given to you after you read the text that the game uses to tell you.
Do you:
I)mplement this change
R)eject this as unreasonable
S)croll back up to the top and re-read this.
