Last night I tried to send out a bunch of nicotine gum. Somewhere near the 400 mark. After a few minutes of loading I got a white screen. So I went to my II bookmark and it returned me to the "Send with or without your name?" page. So I just said for it to send with my name, like I did before, and in a moment it said something along the lines of "Something went horribly, horribly wrong. Please petition." I was kinda in a hurry so I didn't think much of it. A bunch of the gum I sent out was actually gone from my inventory, I only had 43 gum remaining. However, I was not charged any SP.
I believe Mei Li Audax posted a petition for what happened on her end, getting gifts stacked, IIRC.
