What: After turning in my third (I think) DanQuest goal, I got the fourth part, as normal. But this time, the quest was not given to me by Dan. It was some bloke named Cedrik.

How: Complete a few DanQuests, get to part 3 or 4.

Where: Improb Central, at the Prancing SpiderKitty

When: First time I've ever gotten this far, so I can't reliably say.
