The September memento is available to use as a fight weapon, even though it's meant to affect building stamina. It should also be a once-a-day item, but this allows for infinite uses, as it appears in the menu for every monster encounter. I'm not entirely sure if it does affect building stats when used from the fight menu instead of the Fancy Shoebox, but I suppose I could test it.
