WHAT - *The Clan Halls module does not open. Rather, a blank window is shown as if a badnav; when one manually returns to their previous location (i.e. an outpost), it indeed seems to show a bad navigation in the address bar.
HOW - * Attempting to access the Clan Halls from any outpost (I presume; I've tried three). I don't know whether it applies only if one is already in a clan.
WHERE - *Most likely any outpost.
WHEN - *After the new commentary system was established. Regardless of old petitions, this is still a bug for some people.
