Petition ID 313: Commentary Command Contrivance don't seem to work with new Commentary system.

WHAT: Typing the command sentence is no longer registrated by the Contrivance: Partial Match Commentary Command. Using the debugger the program mentions the input of the phrase as a failure.

HOW: Go to a room with a Command Contrivance and type the word/phrase

WHERE: Every place where I have a Command Contrivance program running

WHEN: After the new Commentary system was implemented
