The Fly Swatter Monthly Memento seems to do... nothing. I've dropped it a few times to compare it and have seen no change. Even tried filling up my bandolier to see if it was just too small a change to notice but still, no noticeable change. Possibilities I see are that it's not working at all or having it in my possession makes the effect permanent.
